Take the tram 28 or 12 and stop in Largo Porta do Sol, in front of the statue of Saint Vincent of Zaragoza. Great views and nice walk thru the Alfama to the Cathedral , la Sé

Lots of tourists , and many hawkers. Expect to be sold necklaces. Small Maltese church is sweet but not mind blowing. Good place to find shade.
