The Troll Tavern

Busy, but expected for a Friday night. Knockwurst and Bratwurst combo was delicious. Comes with German potato salad , sauerkraut , amd red cabbage . Yum!

Great food at the Troll and really nice staff . I love sitting outside next to the river .

The food is good. The Old Bavarian Inn is better, but their prices are really high. If you're looking for something cheaper, go to Troll Tavern.

This place is the worst. And I'm not talking about the generic hillshire farms "wurst " that they serve. The food was awful, the service was slow and miserable and the atmosphere.. Dirty sports bar .

Sitting by the creek was the only thing good about this place. The food was so terrible and definitely not worth the price. There was a dope spider at our table though. 🕷️

The food wasn't as good as I remembered it from years ago, but the view of the river is unmatched

Consistently mediocre food, but it magically tastes better if you're sitting outside overlooking the river on a sunny day.

Good food but expensive ; dinner for 4 adults will run you $75+.

Food good. We sat inside & there was a lot of flies. Bathrooms were unclean. Service was slow. I had to eventually ask another waitress for a refill & I finally got up and got my own ketchup bottle.

The beer was cold. The service so-so. Atmosphere was awesome outside by the river .

Definitely would say don't eat here. Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak with a request for well done veggies and ended up with a cold sandwich . Not even remotely warm. The cheese wasn't even melted. Fail!

Poor server... kitchen doesn't know how to sautéed mushrooms .

The poor service equalled the poor food. Server informed us that tip was added to our bill but we could add more. Really? Can we deduct?
