The specialists at this location all seem to know their stuff! Every time I come, they are always friendly , approachable and go out of their way to help me find what I need!

I love Sephora bc I'm able to navigate it by myself; every Sephora I go to either has a non-existent staff (like this Sephora) or overly pushy staff . Good luck trying to get a sample at this location

I walked in with an extremely vague description of something very specific and I received some incredible help! The staff here knows what they're doing.

If you need help finding the right color, I suggest asking for Natalie. She found what I wanted even though I wasn't the best at explaining what I was looking for. Wonderful, super patient, & upbeat!

Sephora always has samples to give out, so if the sales associate doesn't put one in your bag, make sure to ask! When ordering online, make sure you pick out your three free samples before checkout!

Surprisingly good experience at checkout; patient despite the line behind me. However, I didn't see many staffers out on the floor to help, not that I needed any since I went in knowing what I wanted.

Highly recommend going at 10am right when they open to avoid the line that is almost always present in the afternoon.

It's a madhouse but it usually has things in stock ... unlike most of the other stores in the city . Line usually moves quick too.

By far the best Sephora in the city . The staff is energetic and the customer service is beyond exceptional!

Models know all the beauty essentials, and where to buy them. Sephora is a great place to stock up on model must-haves. Chanel Iman heads there for her favorite item: Rosebud Lip Salve.

If you're feeling nasty, stop by for a free cleansing facial pad. Make sure you take it from a package that's labeled "sample" though.
