Best Western Burns Hotel Kensington

The hotel is really well located. It's close to the Earl's Court station and also to supermarkets and places to eat. The lift is pretty old and the wifi isn't the best but works fine. I recommend :)

Free wi-fi for more than one device if you wish. Room was tidy and clean . I was very satisfied with staff as a whole. Despite what I have read here, safes are free and can be found in the rooms.

A lovely little hotel . I have all I need. Enough space, a lovely bed, no problem with wifi . Only problem is that it can only be used in one device . So if I log on with my phone I can't use the iPad.

This hotel is on the tube line , so you are close to anywhere you want. The rooms are both comfortable and clean ; besides, the breakfast is amazing.

Ask for a room overlooking the gardens - the tube noise from the other side. They charge £2 for a safe per day.

The porridge at breakfast is pretty much spot on... The lifts are dated though... Take the stairs :)

Like... two stars. Not even two. Beds aren't comfy , pillows like cardboard, wifi doesn't work, toilet doesn't flush 75% of the time, quite small rooms . I'd avoid this place in the future...

Rooms have the basics of what you need. clean and tidy but could do with an update. WiFi extremely slow and not worth bothering with. breakfast quite nice but staff a little abrupt.

Lifts r slow. Service in hotel bar at night is very slow, waited 10 minutes for bar tender to come to the bar !
