In the early days of the Docklands redevelopment - when One Canada Square stood proud and alone - this was the place to stay. Those memories are long faded, as is this hotel . Dated, budget but clean .
I slept here for two nights. No special complains. The hotel needs some refurbishments as it looks old. I had no issue at the desk and the concierge was a great help.
Lovely views over the Docklands and close to the underground and DLR services. Despite agreeing a late check out of midday I still had two members of staff just walking in on me in the morning.
Booked with booking.com good location walking distance to underground tube station .
Interesting neighborhood . Decent swimming poor. Deal killer is the poor wifi connection . Don't stay here if you can't get your work done or can't entertain yourself without stable high-speed internet.
Luxurious although looks worn out - it has certainly seen glorious days in past
The gym here is really cheap if You work in canary wharf. After discount 26 pounds a month..1floor weights,1floor cardio ,separate pool, jacuzzi ,and sauna
Pleasant staff , restaurant is rather overpriced for what it is. Get there early to get a window seat .
Get down to breakfast early if you don't want to queue 50 minutes to eat!
The carvery buffet is good value for money and the stew I ate was extremely good
Gym has plenty of machines, but old and quite a few out of order. Space far too small for the amount of machines, and costs £4 even for hotel guests.
Beware if they *upgrade* you to the twelfth floor. It's a smoking floor.
Be careful with pre-authorizations! They tend to hang around longer than most hotels waiting for them to expire vs voiding them. Also, they don't take debit cards, but only tell you after charging!
Fun parties and loads of booze await at the Conservatory Bar .
Hotel is a bit spooky and not well kept up. I was not comfortable as a female traveling alone.
People from the reception were bot so welcoming. The room was okay.

Basic hotel . Not bad, not very modern but clean . Great value for money but zero luxury .
Breakfast !!
Nice view but noisy , air Conditioning problem, rooms in a bad state ... Not to recommend
The Internet is terrible, keeps cutting out and impossible to load any type of video, even YouTube!!
Very tired room. Room temp was 26 degrees and wouldn't turn down.
NEVER again... Awake at 6AM by thundering trains like through my room. Breakfast was a disaster: humid croissants from the discount store and spongebob squarebread. Awful. 400£ for 2 nights?!
It's okay, nice view
Never ever stay here if you can avoid it! Tiny bed, dirty or broken wallpaper (or both), dirty musty carpet, awful! Bad wifi . Thankfully I was here only one night.
Freezing cold rooms
wow! Expensive drink!
Don't do it worst hotel ever dirty sheets no hot water run for the hills
The WiFi connection at this hotel is terrible!
Otel ve odalar eski bakımsız.
Hotel harga berpatutan, cuma dalam bilik ada tikus. Akses mudah untuk pengangkutan. Berdekatan dengan kedai. Sesuai bagi yang berurusan dengan bank .
Stayed away from the onion rings, thanks German R, and yes the service could do with a little sugar ;) - Angus Edmond
Been coming to this hotel for over 15 years and always come back and stay nowhere else. It's convenient nice and I always get my upgrade. The breakfast is great. - Mr John
Nice daily complementary pop-corn, soft-drinks, coffee capsules & water. Cozy rooms, warm & convenient for short or long trips. Good to stay here for the “location” & easy access to attractions - Abdulrahman Almunayes ????????
Great hotel, few minutes walk to DLR, neat and clean room. Great service and professional. I love the bar ????❤️4 out of 5. - Suzie Zhante
This is an awesome area to stay. I loved riding the underground into London proper. - Eric Meeee
Very nice venue. Come early to grab a drink or a snack there's tons of little places around - Cami Heitz
