The set up is a lot like Qudoba,you order and base product and as you move down the line , you add variations . They also have a salsa bar , guys, with like 8 different kinds of salsa !!!

My favorite burrito spot in Minneapolis. You can get classic or American style . My fave is the cochinita pibil burrito .They have a salsa bar with a ton of varieties.

A larger menu and table service are offered in the bar area...that is where you can find this delicious enchilada dish.

In the front you order fast food or takeout , and the back has a sit down and the bar . You can walk back to the bar and order if you sit up front. I'd do that. Great tortillas for the tacos .

Just down the street from two other stellar Mexican eateries on Central. If want a burrito go here. Solid, solid burrito is all I can say. Did I mention it was good?

The Maya Burrito was a thing of beauty. Never had a chile relleno as the main burrito filling. There are plenty of great Mexican restaurants nearby, but this just became the go to.

Get the Maya burrito (that's the one with a chile relleno inside) and add a protein. The carne asada is highly recommended.

Get the rajas poblanas tamale . As good as anything I had in Honduras! Supplement with a barbacoa taco : tortillas are made fresh all day.

Had the Mexican plate. Pretty good value . Food was taste. Atmosphere was nice. Very nice experience!

Tacos Al Pastor has a spicy sweet pineapple shot I'll be dreaming of for weeks. Careful of the Styrofoam: they'll use only foil if you ask nicely.

Jalapeño margarita is the best! Also get the tamales you won’t be disappointed!!

The huaraches are quite good. Look for the brunch buffet on Sunday for a change from the usual.

The Sunday Brunch Buffet is Amazing! 9AM-3PM $12. Try everything and then have a pile of bacon .

I can't get the poblano and cheese tamales out of my head! They reheat well the next day too!

Nicely decorated hole in the wall , but nobody comes here for the decor. Good basic Mexican food :tacos , tamales , and a killer quesadilla .
