Greatest hotel I've been to. Staff are polite, cheerful, and go out of their way to ensure that you feel at home. Rooms are superb, spacious and have huge tv 's. We stay here every time we're in Cinci!

Came here for a Bengals game and went to valet the car and he told me "don't waste your $20 bucks meters are free after 5pm". Great service and I used to work at a Westin property. A+ overall!

Best service...I think the Ritz is the best...but this place hard to tell the difference with the staff . From the breakfast staff to the valet , top notch very pleasant service .

You'd never know this was part of a national chain. Small town hospitality and attention to detail for a great customer experience. Would definitely come back.
