Very nice hotel - superb location, excellent breakfast (with pancakes and donuts !) and good quality rooms. The checkout line was quite long however and the parking of 30euros is expensive .

Amazing Hotel close to the Cental Station in Frankfurt. The breakfast is to die for and the service is outstanding. A bottle of water in the room every day and a free shoe shine service ????

Nice Resturant, dinner buffet is wonderful includes wine and a variety food selection prime rib , freshly sauté prawns by the chef in front if you ;) great service.

Gorgeous 1800’s hotel close to train station & downtown. Amazing staff provided excellent customer service. BIG spacious rooms with lots of light. Rooms 304 & 305 are both amazing......

If you are a runner and hope to run in the gym , take note that there is only one treadmill . Be prepared to get up early to secure your time.

I prefer the new rooms instead of the old wing. The rooms are bigger and modern!

Stay in the historic wing rather than the new one. The rooms are much nicer. No WiFi in the new wing.

If there is a conference , you can use the WiFi even in most other areas of the hotel .

Room 418 - smallest hotel room i have ever seen - and i have seen a lot. Lucky that they were able to fit a bed into the room. Is this supposed to be 5*? Gold-member treatment? Never again.

Food is pretty good, avoid the australian mad fish red wine

Stay somewhere else if at all possible.....????

Breakfast is a disaster when there is a show. 25 minute wait and our table was given to someone that came 10 minutes after us.
