The staff is very friendly . Been coming here for 3 years and am on a first name basis with everyone. I used to live near a Whole Foods I have no problem with the selection of goods and pricing.

The expanded and redesigned self check-out area is so much better. I can get in and out of the store in a few moments now.

Saw a guy tonight fill two quart containers with meatballs from the deli-counter -- must know something the rest of us are missing out on.

Now has self-scanning! Avoid lines by downloading the Giant Food Scan It app, bag as you go, and use self check out.

I hope they pay better attention these days to the freshness of their macaroni and potato salads . Hint hint.

Avoid like the plague during the post-work rush - checkout lines can take over the produce section.

Its convenient and all, and I've been shopping here for over a decade but some of the staff can be ghetto & rude. I'm thankful for the few that are nice that work there! Need MORE ORGANICS PLEASE!

Get here early or late'! Lines can be long during peak hours!

A great grocery store overall, but expect to wait for a long time in both the self check out machine and the regular check out line .

They recently doubled the number of automated checkout lanes which helps speed people through checkout.

Do your shopping very early or very late!

Re: self-checkout- if you have alcohol , STAY OUT OF SELF-CHECKOUT. You will need an employee to scan a card to unlock it, and you will hold everyone up. It is beyond rude to do this.

Remember to bring your plastic bags and product wraps back to the store for recycling !

Incompetent. The girl Keiona is completely incompetent. She noticed I handed her an extra twenty, yet and still did not return my money and now I have to call to speak to the manager to get it back

No matter what time of day you go, you will be stuck waiting in an obscenely long line . Cashiers are brutally slow, no management on the floor, prices are laughably high. Store is run very poorly.

I have a tip for Giant - how about carrying Biz?!

They don't sell alcohol after 10pm

Convienent location, right next to metro but poor managment and customer service.

Horrible. First shopping visit...and last.

Watch out for bugs on the produce. Avoid.
