Entering through a small court yard, you are greeted by a low-ceilinged cottage pub with a friendly atmosphere. Dating back to 1835, it has continually offered a good honest selection of beer and food.

A hidden gem of a park. Suitably peaceful, suitably eccentric at points. Highly recommended. - Rowan Krzysiak
