Brilliantly friendly staff , service is efficient even during the morning rush. Favourite Starbucks in the city centre.

Only the upstairs (unusually) is accessible if mobility-impaired. Be nice, please, & use the downstairs seating if you're able? :)

Perfect for luxury shoppers, smaller than the central London branch but that's expected, it's quite big nevertheless, really good and not too overcrowded. - Judy A
