Great amenities , friendly staff . Serious training . Quite pricy if you are looking for a gym and not all the additional services (pool, squash , classes and racket ball courts) ... Great mood
2 levels, big facility. The workout classes are great and really push me beyond a level I'm capable of achieving on my own. Try the body conditioning class ! Also the locker rooms are super clean .
Great energy, great choice of machines, track , basketball , a hot tub and sauna
this is the best gym the city , I don't know what others are complaining about lol..it's clean , not super crowded although can use some renovations I guess the 80's decor is fine with me. But it is $$
Great Staff , Equipment and Facility.. Reminds of the fitness centers when I was stationed on various Air Force Bases,
A bit weirdly designed but plenty of space. Like the open court and the pool outside.
The pool is one of the best amenities club one has to offer. Work on your tan while you work exercise!
Pilates class felt like stretching. Felt nice afterward but wouldn't recommend if looking for a workout.
Bring your own towel. Apparently running out of towels has become the rule rather than the exception to the rule. Consider paying less for a gym that provides the services they advertise.
Get a trainer - ask for Preston !! Best trainer I have worked with
This gym is filled with rude, entitled people. It is also filthy, the women's locker room has crusted dried blood on the carpet that's been there for over a year.
I like how convenience this gym is. The staff is great.
Spinning classes are great!
Restorative Yoga with Adam is a really nice way to slow down you Saturday.
The staff have no sense of urgency or a desire to help members. Nothing happens unless you as the consumer paying $90 a month follow up to make sure they do their jobs.
Go to Club One and take a yoga class from Bobbie, a pilates class from Paige, or a spinning class from Sue. Read more
Get in and get out...no issues whatsoever :)
Big gym , I hardly ever have to wait for equipment.
great gym , nice clean and friendly staff
This place has really gone down hill . Many of the precor machines are broken - always.
Gym is grimy and hours on weekends suck. And during week for that matter. Needs I be later. Not worth the cost IMHO.
Still dirty crappy carpet. Bad hours and inferior service. For 100 bucks a month.
Beautifully designed/finished yoga space, super clean, nice and warm, with a comfy floor. From what the teacher told me, it seems they have a variety of class styles depending on your preference. - Thomas Gonzales
Great chest workout with plenty of motivation around. Gym was not crowded and members were polite, friendly and working out hard. Not the biggest place so this time is comfortable. - Tom A
Beautiful studio and spotless facility. Love the energy all the riders bring and Lucy is an amazing instructor! Try your first class for free :) - Gaby H
Their coffee bar is one of the best around here. They make excellent dark chocolate mochas. - Niraj Patil
