Beancurd skin roll was good. It had clear, thin gravy not the thick brown kind. It was fresh, with good quality skin & meat & a nice water chestnut crunch
Shrimp dumpling (har gow) was pretty good. Parts of the skin were on the thicker side, but it had bouncy, tasty shrimp inside
Salted egg yolk custard bun was good with a much stuffing & pretty rich custard . Salted egg yolk flavour wasn't very strong - might be better to save $1 and get plain custard . The skin was a bit thick
Fried Dumpling was the kind that's chewy inside, with a slight sweetness. It was good - crispy (and retaining its crispness) & the meat filling was good.
