We had very pleasant stay. Employers are very helpful and nice. I liked the honeycombes for breakfast

Free breakfast and afternoon snack for Priority Club members in the Club Room . No need to pay for the breakfast in the main restaurant .

Very charming rooms. Great spa . The included breakfast buffet is great.

Easy access to shopping outlets by walking distance especially grand bazar

The cleaning service is not that good they leave the tables and the carpet in dirt but otherwise they respond quickly and the hotel have a good location

If the hotel recommend Tashan Restaurant , don't go. Its only 100m up the road but the staff switch menus which led to me paying extra 100TL. Original menu "was in dollars" & final bill is in TL, SCAM!

Worst hotel in Istanbul :( .. Room service is bad, stuff not kindly .. Depressing rooooooom????

Burada herşey güzel tesisin tarihi dokusunun bozulmaması sıcak atmosfer. Ilgili personel konforlu rahat odalar ve oda servisi mükemmel kesinlikle et sever sandviç ve krem şokolo denemenizi öneririm

Eski Merit Hotel.Bir zamanlar buyuk bir kumarhaneye sahipti..Sonunda Crowne Plaza zincirine dahil oldu.. Ve gururla soylemek isterim ki gecen yil bu Hoteli Dorak Holding satin aldi:)Mimarisi inanilmaz

Мило, чисто. В этом районе лучший. Не далеко от Голубой мечети . Зона для курения только на улице

Ótimo hotel com uma boa infraestrutura ! Os quartos eram bem espaçosos e o banheiro também. Gostei muito do café da manhã !
