Usually don't need help when I go there but when I do majority of the people know what they are talking about. Paint department is good also.

packing materials in aisle 36 straight to the back from the entrance - moving boxes, packing tape, bubble wrap , glasses kits, cling wrap , etc.

Avoid on the weekends and try to come during an off time - it gets super crowded here and the staff are sometimes hard to come by if you need help.

What is this, Yelp? Everyone is hating on this store, but it's fine on the weekends, the staff is helpful and it's easy to get to from Smith & 9th Sts. Station.

Wish they had one in the Bronx or near the Bronx great quality of items and low prices

Finding a shopping cart on the weekend? You'd have better luck with the cup of Christ. I recommend parking far away so you can ask someone for their cart on the way in.

Best stock of any of the hardware stores in Manhattan or Brooklyn and a great dedicated staff .

Pickup desk=very helpful, even though my order hadnt been picked up & said delayed, but i found all of it on the shelf. Elec aisle, nothing was where it was said 2B, & no help. I had 2 climb shelve

plants from the lowe's seasonal department came home with me infested with spider mites (should've looked them over more carefully before buying!) and now all my plants need treating. :/

If you find a cart in the lot, just grab it. They don't do a good job of bringing them back to the entrance

This place has it all and that's great. But the staff is sub-par. Or maybe I should say "hit or miss". Some have been incredibly helpful while others obviously don't want to help (or don't know how).

Customer service needs to be improved! Or they need more workers! Everyone is busy, no one wants to help. I know what I want but have spent more time trying to find some1 to help! Urgh :|

They make a delicious burrito with fresh salsa . Try it for breakfast with steak and eggs inside.

They will likely tell you that the saw isn't working for cutting your lumber . Don't give up easily. It is working just fine. I chalk it up to laziness...

lowes small moving boxes are superior to home depot 's, offering numerous helpful features the others lack.

Don't bother with the buggy self-checkout

Shopping carts hard to get on weekends. Park far away from entrance and ask for someone 's cart on the way in.

Shouldn't it be a requirement that if you work at Lowe's you should at least know something about home improvement. No one here is helpful - useless.

This Lowe's and the nearby Home Depot are tied for Worst Hardware Store Locations in America. Never answer the phone, unhelpful, and disorganized. Every time.
