Exceptional whiskey collection, as one would expect. Food is delicious. We visited with two toddlers and the staff was warm and extremely professional. A perfect warm place in Edinburgh.

Fantastic place for a night cap with a huge selection of eau de vie. Holly is a fount of whisky knowledge and can pair your tastes to a bottle behind the bar . Bands play Scottish music from 9.30!

Haggis was great and the steak too. Ended the night with a whisky flight. Staff were very stretched but despite slow service a great evening

Incredible decoration and selection of whiskies ! Food is alright though on the pricey side. The cranachan is fabulous.

Had the venison steak & partner had sea bass absolutely spot on Michelin star cooking, red wine great too + rounded off by a few wee drams of glenfarcys

I second the tips on the Thistly Cross Cider and anything with whiski sauce (the haggis is awesome). Wish the cider was on tap rather than bottled though.
