Everything's great: bubble tea , bahn mi , vermicelli noodles , summer rolls . Personal favorites are the lychee bubble tea , grilled pork noodles , and the grilled chicken sandwich .
Best Vietnamese sandwich in Brooklyn and NYC. The grilled prom salad was amazing too. Great price, superb taste, happy place :) #hancos #vietnamesefood #grilledpork #goodeats #nyc #brooklyn #jkhknyc
the vietnamese sandwiches are delicious, and feature some top notch fake meat! coming from a longtime veggie , it can be hard to find, but boy is it good. and the vietnamese coffee ? impossible to miss!
pho is great! I like that it's delivered as separate ingredients so it stays fresh for you. don't forget the bubble tea ???? sandwiches are great too.
Been coming here since the This American Life podcast, I still think Hanco's banh mi is better than Henry's. Although, Henry's does offer a decent mock meat vegetarian version & Henry's doesn't.
The shredded chicken sandwich with a passion fruit bubble tea makes for a fantastic lunch ! Incredible authentic flavor without being too jarring for someone with a generally American-centric diet.
Veg . Pork sand. Do it. Medium spicy is perfect if you like a bite w/o burning your mouth. Don't listen to the whiners who complain about speed of service. Go to McD's if you want a pre made sandwich .
Classic and grilled pork Vietnamese sandwiches are ridiculous. Their faux meats and pho soup are also on point. Original bubble tea is a little too sweet but no complaints.
if I lived in Park Slope I would eat here everyday. the traditional banh mi was incredible and the iced matcha tea was delish
Hands down, Hanco's is the best not just in Brooklyn, but in the city as a whole. They use the best baguette and ingredients. Also, their bubble tea is very, very good!
Class acts. I had a full-cup bubble tea wipeout and they a) cleaned up the huge mess b) entrusted me with a new one. Tipping extra!
It's cool that you can eat & lounge around as well . Good place to eat & work or relax. Pho is good but not excellent. The soup is not as crisp & have a meatier taste.
Get the salad with tofu for a vegan gluten free option . Tasty. And the bubble tea with sot milk is awesome.
Matcha milk bubble tea plus the original Vietnamese ham and pâté banh mi is a match made in heaven
Classic was delicious. Everything a sandwich should be: lots of flavours, big, and good bread . Got 'spicy ' and it wasn't too hot.
Classic sandwich w mild sauce . So mad I haven't tried this until now! Paired with an iced Thai tea...perfection
Probably the best Vietnamese sandwiches I've ever had. The bread is soft, unlike most places I tried. The Classic sandwich is the best, in my opinion. My one complaint is that the Thai Tea was pricey .
I miss Hanco's so much I could cry. Shredded chicken (spicy ) sandwich and Jasmine bubble tea (extra boba ) was my go-to lunch for almost a year.
The vegetarian chicken and vegetarian pork are both excellent. Get your sandwich spicy
The wait here can be loooong. So if there are a lot of people standing around, be prepared to wait a while after placing your order.
Order the classic and make it spicy . Don't worry, you'll be fine. Go with the extra meat if you are hungry. It's so good.
Get the Pork Bahn Mi . It's the best I've ever had!????????
Good casual place to grab a bite.
Stick with the classic banh mi . The grilled meats are inconsistent and tend to be chewy.
The grilled pork and shredded chicken sandwiches are heavenly. Order an almond bubble tea , less sweet to temper all that sriracha !
Get the classic banh mi . Didn’t get the bubble tea , but it looked great.
Best Banh Mi in Brooklyn, hands down. Also, the summer rolls are a great side.
Although there are no signs in the window, they do take credit/debit cards here. Tofu sandwich is the best!
Good banh mi in the area but the "spicy " is mild if you're looking for spicy Vietnamese food .
Great for a quick bite . Didn't get the appeal of bahn mi until I had their classic.
So far, the best I've tried. Worth the trip to Brooklyn. If you're already on 7th Ave or Bergen Street, what are you waiting for?
I eat here more days than not. Literally. Every single thing on the menu is good, trust me, I've had most of it, and I've never once had trouble finding a seat/had to wait long for my food.
The Bahn mi are amazing. Cheap and tasty is hard to beat.
Bubble tea is the best I've had coast to coast.
Vegan meat substitutes from may wah! They also have tofu for those who don't want wheat substitutes :)
I usually get the classic sandwich . Also like the glass noodle salad .
Best Pho in the slope. It's not OMG but it's perfect for cold, rainy days
Beware! That tofu banh mi you think is vegan has mayo on it!
The most inefficient design for a restaurant . While you wait 25 min for your order, you'll hear 10 people ask where the line is for ordering
Get a lychee bubble tea and hang out on the couch in the back.
Classic banh mi (spicy ) and original bubble tea every time
The tofu sandwich rocks my world. Be sure to ask for them medium/mild though, otherwise be prepared to have your mouth set on fire.
The classic banh mi sandwich is delicious. Nice little spot
The classic sandwich and taro bubble tea is a solid pairing
The grilled chicken Pho is just fantastic, so is the tofu sandwich .
Cheap , decent banh mi in the hood! I like the shredded chicken . They also have a whole wheat bread option, which makes me happy.
Classic: Roasted Ground Pork , Vietnamese Ham , Paté , Mayo , Butter, Cucumber , Carrots , Daikon , Cilantro , On a Toasted French Baguette . Read more
