Hilton London Paddington

Very clean and chic , the location is spectacular which facing the Paddington Underground Station, don't forget to reveal your membership card to get points if you have it. ;)

Rooms are ok. Got checked in pretty quick. Staff are friendly and helpful. Paddington Station (Heathrow Express) is accessible from the hotel which is great

Paying for location-great if you're coming from Heathrow.Rooms are fine.Nowhere near worth the price.Gym is small with a few machines & weights.Starbucks & station accessible directly from lobby

Can’t beat this hotel for its location, excellent choice if you travel with Heathrow express. Good breakfast . Rooms need TLC.

Lovely ol’ place. They do a good job keeping things as modern as possible. Pleasant employees. Commendable food service. Meeting rooms are quite comfortable .

The two tower rooms (King Suites) are the highest point of the hotel . They offer great views and a stunning loft style area for relaxing.

Decent stay if travelling to/from Paddington - base room upgrade to GWR Tower Wing with HHDiamond to refurbished rooms of high standard. Literally on top of station and underground.

I was so amused to learn that the underground's station runs below this hotel , I really recommend this hotel for location

Expensive and not such a comfortable stay. It was tight with a suitcase, heating was insufficient & no hot water in the shower . You need to upgrade to a Tower or Executive room to be comfortable here.

Value for money . Best connected hotel in London

One of the better hilto said in London. Old building . Decent sized rooms and next to a rail station . Surroundings an acquired taste though

The quickest way out of the station now is through the Hilton and you get the door opened by a nice man in a uniform

Great location and room sizes are decent. Though bathrooms need an upgrade. They also have a ticketing machine installed on the premises for Heathrow Express tickets.

If arriving at paddington, it's easy to meet taxi put front of hotel . Just take the escalator by platform two up to 2012 shop and cut through hotel . Great!

Try the Todiwala restaurant ....one of the best Indian restaurants on the globe

An amazing place. Wifi internet is expensive but a very nice crew to help you.

Exec lounge £25 - Internet, comfortable , power, breakfast , lunch and refreshments - more than worth the money!

Only 25 pounds more than the super bad room, no service 3 star hotels on the same street. Great value for the price, given London rates. Perfect location.

£20 for breakfast . They're having a giraffe. Go over the road or into the station for breakfasts less than £6

Get a low floor room an a low number room too 629 sucks it's Cinderella's room

Rude staff . Old rooms. Can't get a drink past 11 at the bar . Have a piano in the lobby but don't touch. Convenient to the station. That is literally the only thing that they have that's positive.

The tower rooms are excellent, BUT the service is awful, since the hotel is quite busy, the staff is indifferent and some of them even rude. Plus the breakfast in the executive lounge is horrible!

Perfect location to come into London and get all around.

Just found the shoe shine machine on 1st floor next to the business centre. Very handy!

Very convenient for flying in or out of LHR. Express train to Paddington means you can be from the airport to your room in 20 min.

The only thing that really bother me is the internet connection , it's free everywhere people

The Muirgold Suite is excellent with an awesome balcony and view .

Outrageously overpriced for rooms with tatty fixtures and carpeting. The neighborhood is also a bit gloomy and ugly.

Second time here, second time something is broken in the room, this time it's the shower .. Really, Hilton should redo the rooms, they are Just falling apart !

Very annoying and expensive internet connection set-up. And not enough plugs in the room. Would be a reason not to stay here again in spite of good location near Heathrow Express
