I've tried them all and this is the best sushi place in Jersey City. Like everyone else said, get the spicy tuna tartare .

Rock shrimp - the perfect appetizer to share with friends. And although the Godzilla roll is delicious, my absolute fave has to be the fire roll ! <3 service is attentive too (:

Happy hours is pretty cool, I got Japanese whiskey for $ 6 -unbelievable price. Omakase is fantastic, fancy fish , excellent oyster with Michellin star presentation. Better than many NYC sushi places.

Honshu food is really fresh and they have a friendly staff .i must say that this place serves some of the best sushi options even for vegetarians ...

Been here many times. Their omakase is top - fancy fish from Tsukiji, love so much LIVE scallop & LIVE shrimp (it is real live). Compare to Manhattan sushi , they are much cheaper. Sake is superb!

It is a fun restaurant that you can come back EVERYTIME. Happy hour special is rock, lunch special is fast & great deal and Omakase if you have extra budget. Not to mention, outdoor space is fantastic

Happy hours are rock..expensive Japanese whiskey are start from $ 6. Nowhere else you can get this price. Oysters are $ 1 off and many appetizers for $ 5. I left very satisfied for $ 30.

Don't skip Omakase when the head chef there. His skill blows your mind. Two thumbs up for Japanese whiskey and sake collections. Service is very attentive.

Try the Honshu and Fashion Rolls, very tasty. Good sushi and sashimi dinners for 2 to share. Ask about oysters—many times they will be available and not listed on the website’s menu.

My favorite is the sushi platter for 2! Very much worth the value. Get the soba noodles , not the ramen if u want something warm!

Sort of a hidden gem that's popular among sushi lovers. Best place in in Jersey City (Komegashi Too is a close second).

By now everyone knows that you must order the spicy tuna tartar but after you're done keep the sauce to dip in other rolls or your fingers! Haha

Pros: Montgomery roll is good. Sashimi and sushi is fresh. Cons: music is too loud , feels like u r @ a club

The omakase photos look nice but I think their sushi aren’t the most fresh…

Don't forget the desserts too! Fried bananas or the spring roll cheesecake are to die for!

Two hours later and I'm still saying how good it was. Spider roll and spicy tuna tartar app. Drool.
