Great for dinner in the summer. Sit outside (side-by-side, Parisian style) for people watching . Gambas al' ajillo are very tasty. If starving, the Mac'N'Cheese will hold you over until the entrees.

Brandon F.

You can't go wrong with bottomless mimosas and Shakshuka on Sunday's. friendly staff and outdoor seating for the nice days in Harlem.

Yatenga , is legend in central/west Harlem. The west african family that owns and operates the venue has a solid interpretation of traditional French bistro !

Harlem Ambassador

The Francophiles say it isn't French, then again, they say that about everything. A casual spot which is a perfect "hide & seek" from the madness of Shrine next door. Great for drinks and lite bites.

Mikey Rox

The best mac-n-cheese you will ever have. Get it without the ham - unless you like it like that. The Zataar shrimp is incredible. Four HUGE shrimp , perfectly seasoned and grilled. Both well priced.

Hiroko Tabuchi

Great vibe, and fantastic food. In fact we thought the dinner menu was fine dining level — almost doesn’t fit the causal seating! We’ll definitely be back.

My neighbourhood standby for late dinners and late brunches (late for others but on time for me). Hits: Steak au poivre , chicken paillard special, the soups , oeufs bénédicts, pain perdu .

L. T.

Great late-night vibe here. Good music and great service. They accommodate your needs as much they can.

A rustic , appealing spot with whitewashed walls & West African décor, the funky-yet-traditional approach is best seen in dishes like salade Nicoise , escargot and coq au vin . High energy , great music .

Nia

This is the neighbor meeting/eating place, the food is good the people are friendly and networking happens here! What more can you ask for?

Yatenga is just wonderful. Great food, friendly and warm service . Try the specials--the chef really puts out some amazing food.

The duck breast and Mac and Cheese are the best! This place feels really authentic--and its nice to finally dine in a French resto in NYC where the servers actually speak French!

Kip Jalal BRITTON

Pain perdu = excellent with pommes sautées, but bring your own maple syrup . L'Eté Indien I love, perhaps because I identify with the name, perhaps just because it's good.

Nia

Joe Hammond stops by sometimes. A true Rucker Park basketball legend.

Quaint little place with rustic wood tables and exposed pipes. The people are nice and make you feel welcome, like Chris. Enjoy a caraffe of wine or a meal.
