Holiday Inn Club Vacations Orlando - Orange Lake Resort

One of the nicest (if not the nicest) timeshare resorts I have ever been to. Lots to do, close to Disney, golf courses , and multiple pools and hot tubs . Spacious and clean two BR condos .

Late check in is no problem. Very accommodating! Villas are amazing with plenty of living space and all the accommodations of home!

7th time here.. Own 2 weeks. Don't take the tour , don't even stop after they give you your keys....unplug the phone and you'll have the vacation you were meant to have. Publix makes awesome heros!!

This place is by far the best resort I traded into thru RCI. Beautiful pools and great amenities . I recommend to anyone needing a relaxing vacation. Great location, close enuf to all the attractions !

The Holiday Inn vacation club suffers from the same pushy sales tactics perfected by Wyndham, but Holiday Inn does have some nice properties. Do not let them sell you more than you need or can use.

Get to the west village pool complex early if you want to grab chairs with some shade. They really need to install more umbrellas around the loungers

A great resort , and we love coming here, but unplug the phone otherwise you will be hassled with automated sales calls on a 30 minute basis during your stay

Awesome Resort ! Hit up the pool, play some bingo at 2pm everyday, and play some deal or no deal in the arcade ! Tell em the mayor sent ya!!!

Great resort . 4th time trading in here. No hassles and no issues. Gorgeous 2 bedroom with full granite kitchen. Highly recommend it

Nice enough resort ... We stayed on an RCI Exchange... And immediately were labeled as sales pitch material... Don't seem interested in any discounts or deals... They are all hooks for a sales pitch .

Pay attention at your kids! My nephew got beaten up by some other teenagers at the beach of the West Village Clubhouse. Nobody was there to help!

Great place to stay for vacation. It's beautiful, has lots of space, and is very private. :)

If you dont want the sales pitch , maybe a timeshare and/or this resort isnt for you. For those of us that own here, we love it!

This place is so Beautiful! All the comforts of home but not home! Second year in a row here and I’d come again!

When first entering your room, turn the freezer and fridge from 5 to 9 and make sure the ice maker arm is down.

Is the resort close to Disney's Animal Kingdom? Why yes. On any given day, when the conditions are right, you will be down wind of the animals south end.

Biggest hotel rooms I've ever seen. Check out the pools too, they're beautiful.

Very nice resort and amenities ... But owners update meetings are just high pressure sales pitches to get you to upgrade, don't waste your time with them unless you want to spend more money.

Fantastic rooms and property bit it feels like a cheap car lot with the vacation sales people.

This is our 30th year at Orange Lake . Come here once and you'll be back again.

Awesome place. We used it for our timeshare and was fantastic. To avoid the sales pitches just disconnect the phone and no problems.

Family has owned for 23 years. Love this place, but do not buy. Just rent for when you want to go. Used to be much more family-oriented.

This is a cashless resort , remember to bring a card or put your purchases on the room key.

The only IHG member hotel i've been to that does not really honor gold and platinum status. You are just a bigger pray for their sales guys.

This is absolutely the best resort I have ever stayed at!!! 7 pools and tons to do.

Don't let the front desk fool you. The time share presentation / sales pitch went from 7:45am til 9:15am. 2.5 hours total. The front desk said it would only take 60 minutes.

I went there because i had one day off and they held me for 7 hours in an attempt to sell me a timeshare . Their presentation is exclusively made of lies. They ruined my week-end. I'd not go, even free

Not great if you’re with a family in apartments , no thought to keeping large adult groups and families separate = kept awake by all night parties

Nice place but don't even take the voucher or fake u have to go potty and escape. Wasted 20 min explaining I don't want a free this or that for tour . Place feels like home but pillows suck

You are just steps away from a cold beer ! Go see one of the great staff members at Breezes and get one!!

Lots of pools and family activities. We could watch alligators from our back door.

Just visited my timeshare at Orange Lake Resort ! It was a blast! Family, friends and fun in the sun! What more can you ask for?

Expect more charges than advertised. It looks a good price when you book but all hidden fee will not help you to have good holidays.

Don't depend on the shuttle service. They have ONE driver in the morning when people are going to the parks and are supposed to make a bus to get there. Ridiculous. Would never come back.

WiFi is terrible, luckily it's slightly better than the food offered on site, which is awful at best, but luckily only available until 9pm, cause nobody eats after 9 on vacation.

Make sure you lock your car because no matter how much security they have thieves still get in

You may want to pick up a orange cone because if someone takes all your parking spots they won't do anything for you. Apparently you aren't even entitled one spot for the unit you own... Lame.

Unplug the phones in your room, as they call multiple times a day with automated sales pitches . Some calls are early in the morning :(

As a gold member i was supposed to have a 20 dollar voucher but i never got it.

Use the River Island Pool location. The lazy River is incredibly relaxing. Couple of slides too,

The East gat makes getting out to te parks easier if you're anywhere away from the main gate.

It is great resort it is my second home

Watch out for the Raccoon family late night near the Tennis villas !!!

Disney Shuttle is $18 per person. Insane!

The over priced food at the poolside bar at West Village was not good. thrown together in a rush and cost too much. Rest of the resort is a dream.

Got to the tour at 745 and didn't leave till 10:30!! Told us 60 min! Sent 4 people all together over after we told then NO several times!

Been an owner for years, and any problems (small or big as they may be) that have arisen are dealt with politely and efficiently. The rooms and amenities are kept clean .
