Pretty decent, above-average shabu-shabu. I like that they are open all day, and not just dinner time. Meat and veggies were fresh, and friendly staff ! Dinner for one at the bar , totally doable.
They have two types of noodles that come with the shabu meals. Both great! The place I usually frequent only has 1 so it was a nice surprise. Beef and pork were great.
Shabu-shabu restaurant in Japan Town . Nice portions of mixed vegetables and a choice of meet with tasty sauces. The food and atmosphere make you feel like you are in Japan. (3 of 4 petals via Fondu) Read more
Tasty and well proportioned Shabu , amazing beers (try the Kyoto Matcha IPA ) and excellent service! Really loved this place!
cheap & delicious. prefer the pork to beef but both solid. pork small, beef small, noodles for 2 people ????
Shabu Shabu was great. Was about $110 between 4 people with beer and extras. We liked the spicy miso soup more than the original soup .
All you can eat Sukiyaki ! Totally worth it and delicious. Good service too! 4/5
Sukiyaki !! Make sure to order the Kobe lean beef ! It's so good!????????
opened very recently, but their ramen for lunch is delicious
Get the weekday lunch special with a side app -- feels a little like you're actually in Japan when you sit at the counter!
Awesome atmosphere, especially sitting at the bar !The water was cold and icy; just to die for.
Absolutely amazing food! One of my favorite places! The beef sukiyaki is a must have and the thing to get. Enjoy!
Marinate the raw beef you get in a bit of chili pepper and spicy sesame oil and soy sauce . Makes the meat tastier .
Get the sukiyaki and dip your cooked meat in that raw egg . Yes! That's how they do it in Japan. :)
All you can eat Sunday through Thursday evenings for $25. Add all you can drink sake and beer for $5 more.
Get the sukiyaki rather than the shabu shabu...much more flavorful!
Delicious, go for the spicy brooth. Delicious.
The sukiyaki was fantastic
When you get the shabu shabu font boil the meat for too long. Swish it around until it's barely pink.
Try the ShabuShabu - (via @Foodspotting)
The staff seems to be completely replaced every week. They're also pretty inefficient. Takes 10 minutes to clean tables after previous guests leave and slow to respond to requests.
Delicious sukiyaki !!
Nice sukiyaki , Nice beef
The sukiyaki taste so good!
Enjoy splitting a regular Sukiyaki with udon !
Go for the sukiyaki !
Order the Spicey
I am a little confused as to why this place has good reviews. We asked for help, got none, but they remembered to automatically add in 15% tip to bill. Food was not good and pricy . Hopefully a fluke?
1 regular shabu shabu , 1 regular sukiyaki . perfect for 2
get all you can eat and drink for $35. plow it all down under the 90 minute time limit! so tasty
Do the all you can eat & drink or you ate wasting your time. Leave now. You're upsetting me. Disappointment. Enjoy.
Sukiyaki > shabu shabu
Put dichon in your broth
Sukiyaki + dry aged beef was amazing.
I found the sukiyaki tastier than the shabu shabu
Happy hour and the Citrus cocktail! Has flowers in the ice! Pretty ???? - Amy Chan
This is my standby lunch spot in the ferry building. The Japanese curry, kakiage tempura, and hijiki salad are all great. - Gunnar Aasen
Both owned by Japan's oldest and largest noodle manufacturer. Udon (flour) or soba (buckweat) in broth with additions. very authentic. very economical. complementary green tea. Linda Cahill - J K
Japanese crepe has green tea ice cream, red beans, and macha sauce. Delicious! Make sure you add ice cream to any crepe you get. You need to balance out the dry crispy crepe with something creamy - Kelly ????
Love this place! Nearly everything is $1.50. Large store and it has lots of cute stuff. - Ada Chiu
The black sesame seed flavor is pretty good and their mochi is fabulous. - Sarah
