If you don’t mind being constantly hassled by market stall holders, this place has a lovely atmosphere for a wander away from the flashy glitz and sparkle of newer parts of Dubai.

Great place to buy souvenirs of Dubai but remember to bargain hard. Prices offered are at least 50% higher then what you can buy for if you bargain

It's a place that u understand Dubai isn't all skyscrapers.Always a valuable experience to see the old towns.It's like Eminönü in İstanbul,oriental.See the bazaar prices are good,experience the boats.

This souk is not really like Marrakech one. However, you will also have people who try to sell everything. Good for a walk, jewels but be careful about counterfeit

Only buy shirts with Dubai prints from this vendor who will show you pics of "Boy Abunda" & other Pinoy celebs (if you're a Filipino this helps) :-)
