Get yourself a 1bed apartment - they're massive and in good condition.
Try and get a room that faces the river (nicer views )
Staff seem more interested in talking to each other or joking on the phone rather than acknowledging guests...
Watch out for the rooms... They can be very poorly cleaned .

Booked a non-smoker room but were put on the smoking floor, yuk; problem resolved pretty quickly though; breakfast buffet pretty good; very friendly staff; swish bar really good fun on Friday nights - Marlene
