Sedgwick County Park

The children's playground is absolutely fabulous. Clean very well-placed great playground activities I would highly recommend taking your kids. Picnic areas available, ducks (don't forget bread )

On Saturdays, park your car at the farmer's market before taking off for a run on the four-mile paved trail . That way you can cool down by shopping for fresh vegetables before heading home.

Make sure to stay away from the north end around 3 to 5pm. There are about 300 ducks and geese that hang around on the roads and don't move. They wait for a guy who feeds them 100lbs of food a day.

Fabulous fixed equipment, cushioned play surface. So many great memories!!

Great for biking , walking/running, or taking the kids to the playground .

Run around the whole park . Beautiful scenery , a challenging run, resting spots, and even a big hill to climb !
