Ducey gave excellent customer service. He was very friendly and funny also. He is a perfect example of what everyone in the food & beverage industry should be.

Best McDonald’s with fresh flowers on the table!

You come here for the pristine view of National Harbor while you eat a decent cheap meal, nothing more. You want impeccable speed and service, go to a real restaurant and spend some real $$$$.

Funky cool decor! Plenty of time to look around because of S L O W service. The opposite of *fast* food !

Sloooooow. Like seriously, slow slow slow. They messed up the orders, gave us the things in bags even though we weren't going anywhere, and I don't know what they serve but my stomach was killing me

They are not very friendly , not fast at all Ive waited for my order more than a few times as long as 4-5mins.Then the order is incorrect more than 1or2 of the times! Not worth it, I wont be back there

Clientele is really terrible locally, but staff typically handles the bad crowd well .

For the National Harbor , this place is slow. You'd also think they'd clean around the place. Oh and service here is terrible.

Service is so slow, food was prepared and on a tray ready to be served and employees were just standing there. Terrible service
