This Port of Seattle Park is just west of Pier 91 on Elliott Bay. A 0.7-mile jogging and biking path parallels the road and the concrete promenade with picnic tables provides a chance to spread out and enjoy the views all the way to Alki, as well as the bustling port activity.

if you get there during low tide try lifting up a good size rock on the low tide beach , you'll find all kinds of water critters from starfish to crabs and weird eel like fish under there.
Located sort of 'under' the Magnolia Bridge by the cruise ship docks. Fantastic views of Seattle & West Seattle.
