Auditorium Shores Dog Park

I love bringing my lab mix here. It's close to the water so she can swim . I go late enough when it's cool so she doesn't get too hot and that way I can watch the live shows. It's a win-win.

If you can't find parking in the main lot by South First Street , keep driving toward the Riverside/Lamar intersection . You'll usually spot someone leaving from those spots on the side of the road .

Great dog park but dog needs to have good recall as there's a road on one side and people running on the other.

There's no fencing, so make sure your dog minds. There's a road just off the off-leash area. Great park !

Go for a jog or play fetch with your dog, just pick up after them

Loose dogs compete with runners and loungers . It’s great for a splash in the lake , and it's leash-free from South First Street to Bouldin Avenue.

Great place to bring your pooch! If you don't have one, stop by Austin Pets Alive! to volunteer to take one for a walk - a great way to spend your day at the park !

Bring a towel for your dog. The pup may want to get in the easily accessible water when it's hot out
