Red Bud Isle is a dog park Austin located in United States.
3401 Redbud Trl. Austin , TX 78746 United States
My pup loves coming here to run in and out of the trees and swim in the lake . Parking is difficult in the lot, so park afar in the neighborhood and make the hike . Worth the pretty photos of your pup!
This is the most serene place in Austin. Come by in the early morning hours and snag a spot by the water. It's the perfect place to read a book , take a walk, clear your mind, or simply enjoy the day.
An amazing and lush off leash dog haven not at all far from downtown. Parking is tough, but for good reason.
There isn't much parking so your best bet is to bike with your dog or park far away. It's definitely worth taking your dog though. Leash free and plenty of water for those swimming dogs.
This park offers beautiful trails and water spaces, but limited parking spots can be an issue for visitors.
Austin's dog island is an accidentally perfect place for a dog park , hemmed in by the upper end of Lady Bird Lake , where they can go for a dip . The entire park is off-leash.

Great place to walk your dogs, socialize them, or let them go for a swim !
If you find yourself at the southern end of the isle, check out the rope swing just a short swim across the lake .

This is NOT the place to put your kayak or paddle board into lady bird lake . It's an off leash dog park . Parking is difficult
Police stopped last week & said they are ticketing & towing even from the grassy area . Talk about predatory...Elk towing is waiting in a parking spot !
Bring some towels and leave them in the car, your dog will be totally soaked after playing here. Great location with multiple water entry spots!
No Parking overkill? In casebyoi missed it, there are 21 (yes) new signs outside of Red Bud... plus 12 new granite boulders inside....
Nature walk with my minis this afternoon !
I just asked police officer in unit 8615 if they were going to ticket/tow from the grass & he said only the Fire Zones. Different than what i was told last week.
NO GLASS CONTAINERS. cops patrol up and down the peninsula every few hours on the weekends to make sure of it. never got in trouble for swimming
Come prepared to not find parking on sunny afternoons . It's worth the trek tho!
DO NOT PARK IN NO PARKING ZONES. They've been ticketing heavily lately (easy $$ for the city to collect). You've been advised.
Difficult to park but not TOO bad on a gloomy Saturday morning...wait in line !
Don't park in the fire lanes. EVEN if other cars are!!! They DO ticket. Trust me, It'll ruin your fun afternoon .
Be on the lookout for a statue of a shovel with a very important public service announcement....
A cop was ticketing at Red Bud this afternoon . I don't see that often, but I think the flooding is causing them to monitor more.
Parking here is a real pain in the butt. Avoid the crowds by visiting on a weekday.
Not a place to bring small curious little boys, but defintely great for the adventurous pup! RIP Turco!

Bring a book , you'll need it while waiting on parking
Best dog park in Austin!
Parking sucks here. Be prepared to wait for a spot
Much better than West Austin Dog Park but has a ways to go to catch up to Fort Worth's dog park. Tons of shade. - Felix Torres
Love it, our dog loved it too! Just the trails are flushed by flood alittle but still awesome ???? - Lindsay Rinchindroma
I love bringing my lab mix here. It's close to the water so she can swim. I go late enough when it's cool so she doesn't get too hot and that way I can watch the live shows. It's a win-win. - Tasia
Excellent coffee and deserts menu. Even gluten-free chocolate cheesecake and peanut butter bars! - Seth Taplin
They have one of the best keg wine options in Austin. Their prices can't be beat! - GUSTO | Events. Education. Consulting. Travel
Great side paths for better views once you get to the top - Tim Shin
