We've been to loads of pet shops in Jeddah and Riyadh and this is the best we have ever seen. It is extremely clean , the animals are kept in very clean glass units but Vet upstairs was very rude

The best place to give your dog a shower . They really care of the pets especially for a big dog like the a chow chow

they sold me a sick cat and they lied about the age and gender , the said it's a 4 months old , and it was 6 , the said it's a male , and it was a female !!!!(or the didn't know. . which is worse )

The WORST shower my dog has ever experienced. My dog was abused during the shower and the end result was awful!! He came out smelling terrible and shedding all over!!!

I wish they had more professionals on staff to limit wait time. You could wait in line for quite some time.

Limited staff , quite expensive , pet shower is not bad

They charge you for treating the pet before they are even sure what they're treating it for , staff not helpful and rude , the clinic smells like bacteria

So bad!!!!

الدكتور ملاذ في زو من افضل من تعاملت معهم وهو انسان فاهم عمله وجميع الطاقم البيعي

محل اول ما تلاحظ فيه النظافة وريحة زكية و ديكور جميل جداً وراقي يهتمون بصناديق الحيوانات نظافه بتكرار. وحلو انهم يوفرون مساعدتهم في الشبكة الاجتماعية.

الله يجزاه خير الدكتور اللي هنا كشف والوصف الادوية ماخذت علينا شي لمن شافها القطوة بيبي ودرى انا لقيناها وامها ميتة وسبب مرضها ضعف مناعة لانها مارضعت من امها

الخدمة ممتازة بشكل عام لكن الكاشير جشع يقوم بإدراج الخدمة إلى الفاتورة بمجرد أن تسأله عن استفسار لخدمة معينة عن حيوانك الأليف

افضل محل حيوانات في الرياض بلا منازع !! لاول مره محل حيوانات بدون روايحهم الكريهه وتعامل جدا راقي حتئ الاطباء وغير مزدحم والاهم حيوانات رائعه !!

الاقفاص جدا نظيفة ما شاء الله و المحل يفتح النفس ????????

محل مرتب جدا ويشرح الصدر والعماله متعاونه جدا والحيوانات على مستوى افضل محل حيوانات بالرياض 

المكان جديد ونضيف جدا وخدمتهم ممتازة واسعارهم مناسبة،، انصح فيه????

زيارة حلوة خاصةً للاطفال ..

يوجد الكثير من الإكسسوارات الجميله والمفيده والمتعدده

المحل نظيف ولكن أسعاره مبالغ فيها .. مثلا للشيرازي الصغير فوق ٢٠٠٠ ريال ..

وتحمم وقص شعره قلب امه ???????? الحمدالله طلع وجهه????
