This is the best location. Right next door to their headquarters. Leather seats are a nice plus.

Orville. XD. 3D is not always worth the extra money. Appeals more to kids. But the sound system and huge screens make for a great movie experience . This is my theater.

Buying the tickets with the Fandango app is pointless. They still have to take your phone to scan and print out tickets, which is the same as lining up like everyone else. Isn't more convenient

regarding the data breach as well as replace the stolen (from the Cinemark website) funds. As of today, I have not received any call from any representative from Cinemark,

Time and life go by and I call back 7/5/19 and speak to supervisor Ashley, who says the previous case was closed in error, and opens new case GS0425458 on July 5th.

I called back and Cinemark Supervisor Talisha who opened case Gs0405267 where I requested a new gift card with the stolen balance $37.01 sent to me,

I sent screenshots of the original gift card receipt as well as screenshots while logged into my Cinemark account showing the card registered.

I reached out to their customer service line , spoke to their rep. Janine, and advised that my Christmas Gift to my wife, a Cinemark gift card, was showing a zero balance in error.

They opened case G5446965, identified that the card's remaining balances of $37.01 was used in California on May 10, 2019 (which neither my wife nor I were there)

Iv been going here for years love the concession stands so much to choose from.always clean and also offer coupons to your email.comfy seats and big screens .

If you have a company meeting here, and you're late; then take the elevator up instead of walking up the steps to the top of the auditorium . That way not everyone will see how late you were. Lol

They have very comfy seats and an interesting self-service set-up for concessions. If you have to get your caffeine fix, you can also buy Starbucks at this theater.

After the call was completed,I told my wife this information and asked her if she ever used the card OTHER than the Cinemark.com website, where we registered the gift card under our cinemark.com acct.

My account remains active on the Cinemark.com website, and the promised replacement gift card was never received

She assured me that the replacement gift card would be mailed, that my acct would be deleted from the Cinemark Website, that a member of Cinemark would call me to discuss my stolen data

Get here early for big movies/new releases - Don't get stuck in an awkward seat like a movie n00b. Target the middle for the best picture (sit twice the diagonal of the screen) and for optimal sound.

Every seat has huge legroom! Around $8 for a matinee, nice place overall

I requested my account be deleted from their data, and that Cinemark corporate contact me to discuss their measures to protect my data that was hacked from their website.

She stated she did not. This meant that my Cinemark.com acct had been hacked and Cinemark SHOULD be liable b/c their security breach is what caused the remaining balance to be stolen

I advised I would give them until July 29th to honor this promise, otherwise I would post my story public , describing the failure of Cinemark to honor promises from THREE supervisors to contact me

Only been here a handful of times; very much prefer the one by our home i.e. Cinemark Frisco - far better cumfy seats ☺️

Enjoyed the recliners - but the food leaves a-lot to be desired and I prefer Studio-Movie Grill!!!!

If you get up for the first showing of the day, the tickets are much cheaper!

Terrible, confusing, inefficient concession layout. The line at popcorn was not intuitive, being next to the espresso place. Popcorn line t-boned into cashier line , which blocked access to the drinks.

Buy the fountain drink cup and get cheaper refills for a year!

XD theater is huge. Could niy find where to buy a beer .
