Chuy's Tex-Mex

Fun, lively decor. Good, friendly , attentive servers. Food is more Tex than Mex. I really enjoyed all of mine. Not Joseph's fav, but really only because he wanted more Mex than Tex.

Mexican Martini is superb! The best chili rellenos - still crunchy! Oh, and make sure to ask for the jalapeño sauce to have with your chips . Boom boom sauce and green chili rice are more favorites!

You had me at steak , fried egg and boomboom sauce. You must try the steak burrito with boomboom sauce and fried egg . Dan is an awesome bartender , he suggested this to us and it was love at 1st bite.

Don't fill up on the chips and salsa ! Chuy's is fantastic Mexican restaurant serving great takes on the standard TexMex dishes everyone knows and loves. Expect a crowd at peak lunch and dinner times.

The fajitas are absolutely delicious. However the usually only give three tortillas and you'll probably have enough for four. Refried beans are delicious and fresh, and the Mexican rice is too!!

Their Chicka Chicka Boom Boom and Southwestern enchiladas are fantastic. The Creamy Jalapeño was also excellent. Our waiter Josh was really friendly .

Must try Chicken enchiladas with "Boom Boom" sauce(lol). Their signature Mojito isn't very good. Very generous with taco refills & the salsa is nice & freshly made !

Chips & Salsa are the best. When you go Mex. restaurant in Las Vegas they charge you for both, here they serve as much as you want.

Happy Hour 4-7pm includes free chips , salsa and queso (self serve in the bar area). Ask for the creamy jalapeño sauce . Yum!

Ask for jalapeño ranch then be sure to thank me, I accept cash, check, & all major credit cards. Except Discover. That one is for jokers.

Chuys has great food. Love the fajita nachos . Margaritas are a little sweet, but still good. Add a dot of raspberry !

Mexican marg-tini is awesome . Love their jalapeno ranch in everything! Queso is yummy!

I like to order the Macho Burrito while doing a Randy "Macho Man" Savage impersonation. Hope this helps while you decide where to eat food.

The burritos are great. So are the enchiladas .

The chuy gooey. Think of a seven layer dip drenched in queso . Enough for two people to eat.. the best!

Love the spicy Margaritas . Tried to talk to the ghosts in the bathroom , but just to darn noisy ☺????

The New Mexican Martini is a very good Margarita variant, though I prefer mine without the olives .

Come on a Friday and get the Hatch Chicken Enchiladas . Watch out for the green chile rice ....spicier than you'd think, but soooo good!

We were all finished before my son received his food. First time I've been to this restaurant where the service was absolutely horrendous. The orders were totally messed up.

Best chili rellenos !! Put sauce on side for hot, crispy batter! Queso & sour cream ! Yummo!
