Holiday Inn Resort Panama City Beach

Nice views , clean room (although I clean & sanitize at EVERY hotel I stay in), on-site activities, love the kids water park , love the heated pools , nightly entertainment, & fitness ctr was great!

If you are looking for something relaxing, perhaps look to the off-season, but there is so much to do here without leaving the property and at such an affordable price point.

We (husband and two kids -- 6 and 3) had a great time! The grounds were fab, visible security guards/staff at all times, but the rooms could stand updating. People hog chairs all day with a towel!

Make sure and read the fine print when booking your room. I was hit with the $38 per day "Resort Fee" that was not listed as part of the room rate. What complete and total BS ! I am done with IHG.

View is nice and the poolside facilities were good. The AC unit sounded like a plain spooling up to takeoff. The walls are very thin and you could hear everybody next-door.

Great for kids but slammed during the summer. The kids club only takes 5yr and up. The house keeping SUCKS. Don't expect them before 6pm. However, great views , bar and beach access .

The Bamboo Grill serves some good size food at a reasonable price for a resort .

Nice facility for a few nights! Be careful, the restaurants close by 10:00pm! At least the bars are open until 11:00 or so!

You have to ask for your room to be cleaned ! Smh! Nice hotel ! Great view !

Resort is great, amazing beach . Breakfast service way below standard. Staff could be more caring. Waiting for breakfast more than 20 minutes and then got something different from what I ordered?!

Finally made it after 12 hr drive because of horrible traffic and detours....Vacations begins first thing in the morning!!!!

Housekeeping is the only problem we have ever had here. 14 nights in last 12 months

Best hotel i've stayed in, other than the Westin in Savannah.

Tub clogs easy in room 1006. Happened 3 nights in roll. Front desk isn't very helpful and kids swimming area needs some work done. Not everything works.

Order a strawberry short cake drink at any of bars . :)

The "hi-speed Internet" is elusive, intermittent and totally frustrating.

Watch out for the $22.50 resort charge added, even if you have per-paid.

The cleaning staff is horrible. They didn't take any of the trash or the dirty towels out of the room. They would only bring one clean towel a day for 4 people?!
