Spare ribs in aged mandarin peel sauce is a nice variation of orange sauce spare ribs . The slice grouper cooked with chinese wine in clay pot have a nice broth that goes with the fish .
Egg white vermicelli is da bomb. Silky smooth texture. In fact after many trips and trying various dishes I haven't found any bad dishes. Superb.
Had the salted chicken which was tender and tasty. Sambal chilli was very nice with flavour and right amount of spicy .
Will return for "Fish Maw & Prawns with Glass Noodles in Homemade XO Sauce "!
The dishes we tried tasted like home-cooked stuff; nothing really fancy . But I suppose that's part of the attraction .
Not bad in terms of Cantonese food around here
Didn't like it. Bad food. Expensive. Only thing nice is the environment. I'm sure you'll be more satisfied at imperial kitchen or elsewhere with your money
Portions are too small; even those with moderate appetites will leave hungry
