The Corner Room is a great place to eat. It is conveniently right off of campus, but escapes the feel of a dining hall . It gets busy on football and parent weekends, so check it out during the week.
The Corner Room's name has a classy sound to it, but the set up and food has more of a diner feel to it. The food is great and they have good breakfast deals , but it is not for a classy night out.
Didn't care for a lot of the food; French onion soup is great; Milkshakes made from creamery ice cream (enough for 2 people); grilled sticky is a must. Extra $ for fries w/ sandwiches ; good breakfast
Classic American fare at a great price; this is a great spot for a first date or to take your parents when they visit.
A Penn State classic restaurant . Hasn't changed much 40 years. Unbelievable cheap breakfast $2.95 for eggs , home fries and toast . Much better than the American Diner .
Pumpkin pie is good and milkshake is thick and definitely satisfying.
The Reuben is amazing!!! And massive. Perfect for dinner and take half of it home a midnight snack .

Monday is "All You Can Eat Pasta " night and it's always very delicious. Definitely a great deal and worth checking out!

Half price burgers are delicious and such a good deal ! Go earlier, like 5 pm, to avoid a line .
They have the best burgers in State College and on Thurs the burgers are half-price.
The omelettes are delicious. My personal favorite is the Greek omelette , but I've tried (and loved) a few on the menu!
If you're there early, ask for Sharon because she is the best waitress there.
A "must stop destination" if you are visiting State College.

Service was so slow but we were comped because of the 1 1/2 hour wait but the food was first rate. Because the manager treated us so well , we would go back.

Monday pasta deal sucks. The sauces are bland and the breadsticks like rocks. Awful mopey servers just glower around. Not worth the "cheap " factor- go to Taco Bell and you'll get a better meal.
