Great stay & service. Have stayed in pretty much every hotel in Birmingham, & this & the Jury's Inn are definitely my favourites. Jury's just swings it as it tends to be a bit cheaper.
Friendly city hotel with clean rooms . Room service was excellent too (Veg Biryani ). Unfortunately very steep street to main entrance.

The continental breakfast in the club lounge is great and you get upgraded automatically to full english at weekends
Was made to wait for 45 mins before checking in as my debit card payment was declined. As it transpired, the hotel 's card readers were faulty! Oh & I'm a priority member - not that it meant anything

There's a ChargeBox here, so you can charge you're phone securely in a locker- useful if you've forgotten to pack you're charger!
