Very nice place, staff us friendly and very helpful. First I got a room with some issues, the staff at the front desk changed me to another great room immediately. Location is good and I will be back.

Beautiful hotel , I've stayed in many hotels but never noticed one that smells so good. Enjoyed live entertainment in the lobby bar . Lovely entrance and sunken bar/lounge, pool setting is also nice....

Beautiful hotel with different restaurants , depending on what you are in the mood for. The sushi , which you can eat in the lobby, is really good. A great, low-key dinner option in an amazing setting!

Beautiful lobby, BUT very small gym , huge letdown for a Fairmont Hotels . It's a great value if you can get the $79-99 corporate rate seasonally. I was happy with the service and ambiance.

If you’re in the tower, be sure to take the second floor bridge from the main hotel . Much nicer and easier if you’re towing bags.

Very sweet woman brought my breakfast this morning insisting that if I needed anything at all, I call her right away, Baby pumpkin was a nice touch, included fruit and coffee was very good.....
