Extremely busy during a convention like Fanime Con but we wouldn't go anywhere else. We've been staying yearly since 2003. Be patient with the valet and elevator situation during a convention .

Upgraded internet and TV with on screen guide. Cant beat the view from the lounge . One of the best!

Real fancy middle of downtown enough to walk or take a Lfyt anywhere

The window shades in your room don't block out the sunlight well , so be sure to ask the concierge for some aluminum foil to help remedy the problem.

Directly next to the convention center , two Peloton bikes in the gym , and pretty quiet at night. Not too bad.

Clean and spacious . Bright and light filled common areas.

get your ass out of here early, early in the AM to avoid the colossal pain that is their parking situation.

The clubbing music they blast out in the reception area makes you want to grab your glow sticks and fairy wings.

It’s considered good luck if you get a room with tiny metal men climbing the walls.

If you love bacon , then you're really going to like the bacon that's served in the concierge lounge .

Really, you are going to charge for wifi ? In Silicon valley? Good fitness center .

Ahi tuna tartar n restaurant ! Heaven on a plate!

Extremely impressed by the staff here. So nice and helpful!!!

Sit in the lobby at night and watch all the airline pilots and aircrew stay for the night.

Valet park , go to the bar and have a drink and they validate the ticket for free parking

Tess in the concierge lounge is awesome. Also, Greg at the front desk will take care of any issues. Will def come back.

This Hotel looks good but unfortunately their rooms aren’t impressive and pillows were horrible, no support at all. Woke up with body aches all over. They need to upgrade mattress and pillows .

Its a nice Marriott with a pretty youthful feel, fits in nicely in San Jose. Very friendly staff .

You should always tip the valets

Arcadia staff and breakfast buffet is fantastic

5 decent treadmills in exercise room . Get there early during weekdays. Very busy around 6 am.

The concierge club is a great open air patio on the 26 th floor

Nice lobby.

Free dog biscuits , hand cream and fruit water in lobby!

Philz coffee is only a few blocks away.

Take the stairs it's faster

Buy a sugar donut from Starbucks in the lobby.

Complimentary cucumber and orange infused water!

Wifi in rooms. Easy connection.

The pillows in the rooms are terrible and the comforter on the king beds barely covers the bed let alone if two people are in it.

Business Center under escalator has desks, outlets. Water machine in Salon III.

Lobby level nice...almost W-esque with the TANQ bar , et.al. Well done.

go to the hottest spot in town , Tanq! just make sure your watch is set to EST. That way you won't mind that they do last call at 11:30. Awful.

They overbooked and gave away our colleague's room.

Cheese platter is delish!

drink all you can before midnight. otherwise you're sol.

Don't stay in the executive suites

The pillows are terrible here. I've seen pamphlets thicker then these sorry sacks of stuffing.

Concierge lounge is closed on weekends. So much for my breakfast .

always tip room service . service charge doesn't count lol

get starbucks coffee in the shop near checkin
