Great Silicon Valley location with attentive staff and well appointed rooms. Restaurant staff is very welcoming and the bacon served in buffet is legendary.
Booked an executive room, and it was a good choice. Nice staff and after long day of shooting slashing show, the 16th floor is the best to relax.
Book the Marriott if you're with kids and want a decent size pool.
Room looks trendy (bit diff than other Hiltons) ..parking opposite to Hilton (open lot), street side is free overnight with 3hrs max from 9-6
Service has been good, fast and helpful. We received a free room upgrade, free WiFi and parking is very convenient.
Great contemporary rooms with nice views . The executive floor are great but on site parking can be a bit difficult to navigate.
They do have free wireless in rooms now. Also you can buy really yummy big warm chocolate chip cookies at the coffee/tea shop right outside the lobby!
On site event crew is awesome. Take good care of guests and food is great.
Nice room, verry clean and good staff
In downtown san Jose. Lots of restaurants and places to see.
Friendly and helpful concierge staff . Parking is $24 per day.
Excellent service . You can use your app for keyless entry!
Breakfast buffet is actually really good eggs and bacon are on point!
The little store (onsite) has pretty good snacks and the beds are very comfy !
Get a room facing east. Otherwise the afternoon sun will cook you
Nice hotel , but I don't really get why Hilton doesn't give free wifi . Anyways.. is good!
Decent hotel at best. All the standard amenities but rooms are clearly not being properly serviced maintenance wise. Closet door broken, rip in sheers, ripped headboard, broken remote.
If you're in need of free wifi , your best bet will be the lobby of the marriot across the convention center .
If you stay at Hilton San Jose, executive floor is the best!
Actually they've changed that. Wireless in rooms. And free for gold and diamond hhonors members
There is a great coffee bar/deli in the lobby - great for a quick breakfast .
Become a Hilton Honors member and enjoy benefits like free WiFi in your room.
Just checked in a day early for NCCNA, I am going to have a blast even thought I have homework to do.
Great hotel .

This Hilton is a very good place to stay in downtown San Jose.
No safety box in the room ,boring hotel , good food at executive floor ,tips go from 5 to 9pm
Which room is filling the 11th floor with pot smoke? D:
Internet is $10 per day per device. Parking is expensive . Rooms are nice though.
Don't expect to do any swimming , I've seen bathtubs that are more usefull.
There IS WIFI ! But its in my room...executive suite >:3
Oops wifi is like $10 - NOT free! Sorry. The pool is kind of a joke as well ... VERY small. The warm choc chip cookies are good though!
Free wifi every room starting from today!
Starbucks coffee , great insenstive
luxury ? you got it
Very disappointed in customer service here. Hilton should be better.
No wireless network in the rooms and you have to pay at least $20 for overnight parking .
Would not let me use a microwave for 3 min for my dinner . Ruuuude.
The rooms were very nice but noise was an issue, both hallway and through adjoining room door (maybe ask for a room without?) Restaurant staff was friendly but slow af. Suspect the Marriott is better.
No wifi is just silly.
Ótimo hotel !! Breakfast meio caro (US$25) se não estiver na diária. Bem localizado, agradável, confortável.
Fatima in the bar is such a great asset to this place. Great coffee drinks and wonderful service. - Steve B
