Pork Barrel BBQ

A quality local BBQ menu for the Metro D.C. area. The burnt ends , pulled pork , brisket , and side dishes prove that quality BBQ can and does exist locally. They also have specialty sodas .

I love????????????????????????????????????the salad with brisket on top and their barbeque sauce . It's sooo mouth watering! The cornbread is one of my favorites too! Try ribs on half price day. At the bar of course!!????

They recently added Jack Daniels spicy creamed corn to the menu. It's quite tasty. Award-winning BBQ sauce makes this place worth the trip every time. Try the mustard barbecue sauce , it's excellent.

Pork Barrrel is a good option in Del Ray. The proteins have never failed (burnt ends are a plus). The sides are consistent with potato salad , beans and collards taking the prize!

I love the atmosphere of Pork Barrel. They also always have a great rotating tap of beers . I usually order off the Holy Cow menu. So good!

The BBQ is very good and they really support the community. Free sandwiches with a federal ID throughout the shutdown

Amazing place! Get the half pound of meat and just add a roll because it will get you extra meat as well as two side dishes! Great way to get more bang for your buck!

Burnt ends and monster mac and cheese ???????? , I do wish they would toast the bread though , it would have made it more tasty

Delicious BBQ ! Lexington style slaw not true to the real texture and taste. Mustard sauce pretty darn good.

Came here with a friend after spending all day buying a car. The beer was excellent and some of the best pulled pork in the DC area.

The draft tower is amazing. As an avid drinker of Guinness , the Buffalo Sweat milk stout isn't to be missed. Smooth, creamy and tasty.

I know many are here for the ribs but I love, love, love the smoked sausage sandwich . Throw some of their sweet or traditional sauce on it, DELICIOUS!

Both the brisket and pulled pork are wonderful. If you like real BBQ , you will love it here.

Really good BBQ here. Portions are a bit slight but tasty.

Great staff and fantastic food. Bartenders were friendly and recommended great beers for me and my friend.

Recipe for success: take two hungry people. Order one pound of pulled pork . Add BBQ sauce . Rinse with beer . Repeat.

You can order from Holy Cow , the burger place next door (same ownership). Just ask at the bar .

When ordering from the catering menu, be sure to get bbq sauce - before you get home.

Great food and great sodas . They don't warn you that the Mac and cheese has jalapeños though. Boo.
