Time will tell if the Steven Leslie (Monkland Tavern, Tavern on the Square) bred owners can pull it off with their homemade pastas , tartares , fish tacos and pork chops and spaetzle . [Eater 38 Member]
Incroyable. Often changing menu . Oysters , razor clams , and duck breast were delicious and well balanced. Coconut cream pie was light and fluffy. Ask about house cocktails , I liked Naked and Famous.
Great food with local ingredients . Good drinks and great starters. We were six people coming from Sweden spending three nights in total in Montreal. Tuck Shop was our best food experience on the trip.
We had the chance to sit (by mistake) at the kitchen counter and chef Theo Lerikos took care of us. Arctic char , pork belly , Gaspor pork salad , toro maguro...A trip to heaven executed with perfection!
Amazing halibut and lobster tagliatelle . Our wine and beer were also fabulous. The duck appetizer was our favourite - such a deliciously strong lemongrass flavor!!
The fish tacos were the perfect start to dinner . Was slightly disappointed with the Lobster ravioli . I highly recommend taking a chance with their other more adventurous entrees.
Try the Grilled Pork Chop - Grilled pork chop with home fries , braised red cabbage with bacon , maple reduction and apple and mustard seed compote!
Try the Grilled Whole fish - Grilled whole fish with lentils , soffritto, rapini, currants, pickled red onions , pine nuts , kalamata olvies and tzatziki sauce !
Porcini mushroom with nectarines appetizer was great. Bass entree was incredible! Great service. Pricey buy worth every dime!

Rib eye steak was very tasty. Cheesecake for desert if you have room.
Streak tartar and the salad are the best. Actually not one bad dish on the menu. Enjoy and your mouth will thank you.

Service is great, ambiance good, and had first bad experience, went back and everything was more than fine. I will go back really soon.
