New room service menu (spring 2013) is a huge improvement! Complimentary beer and wine in the exec lounge . And the front desk associate Carla is phenomenal! Only real complaint is the wifi .
This location is perfect for commuting to NYC, located only a half mile from the Metro-North train that leads to Grand Central Station.

Easy parking garage , clean rooms , great bar . Starbucks inside. Avoid checking in right at 4, crazy lines .

First time here at a Platinum (was here last year as a Gold). My bed is almost the size of the room - no suite upgrade. I'm sad. :(. This room is too damn small!!!
Rooms are small but nice and staff is friendly .
it's a converted Holiday Inn , the staff needs to get their act together if they want to be part of the SPG!
Ridiculously SLOW wifi , like dial-up speeds. Even for Platinum members.
Elevators are really slow.
Nice selection of dumbells (up to 50 lb), two adjustable benches, and a dip/pull-up station...plus typical cardio machines. A little cramped, but better than most hotel gums. - Nate Nelson

Always ask for seasonal tapas on the specials menu. Many locally-sourced ingredients. Staff is knowledgable and friendly. Always a great meal here. Octopus is flawless! - Jerrod
