Glasshouse/alfresco dining on level 2. We enjoyed the opportunity to dine ‘outdoors’ during lunch . Space for 3 couples only. Air-conditioned & shaded, we savoured our meal in a ‘garden ’ feel

Arrive at level 1 where u will enjoy an aperitif and canapés before your meal. Seats 5 groups. A great opportunity to ask staff anything u wish to know about the restaurant , menu, etc ????

Raw ingredients theatre . After canapés, u will be led to see what the fresh produce used for your meal look like. Great experience! ????????????

Aperitif. Spoil urself with a pre-meal drink. I had an aromatic G&T (gin from Procera of Kenya , & tonic water by ekobryggeriet from Sweden)

Live setup. Some meals are decorated/assembled in front of u. A great opportunity to speak w the chef who prepared the dish

Lunch wine pairing menu ($300, 8 glasses) was disappointing. Instead of enhancing our food journey, it felt sloppy & sometimes too novel . 1 sequence was disorienting — lighter sake after heavier white

Barbados rum named “Foursquare” ????????????
