Bahia Mar Fort Lauderdale Beach - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel

Very friendly staff , valets were hilarious and accommodating, free warm chocolate chip/walnut cookies , nice room size but wish bathroom was bigger, large closet, and beautiful views of the beach !

Concierge were very nice and even offered us extra warm chocolate chip cookies ! They know the way to my heart :) (although the bench in our room looked kind of dirty they still were a very nice hotel

That's a good hotel , breakfast not included, In front of the beach , which is perfect!!! Rooms are a little too small, and old building is not good! They will try to put you in old building . Great pool

Great location and fair price bars on how close to the beach it is. It is in need of some room reno's. Helpful staff

Loved everything about it. Food was great, rooms cute and cozy , not to mention some amazing gift shops and jewelry stores with just about whatever you need! Also, call the front dest for 2-3a delivery

The hallways do have a funky scent! Make sure u get ur free cookie when u get there! Food was not great, but a great location!

Great place, great view , great location. Minor issues in: housekeeping service, restaurant hotel hours, and you have to pay extra for wifi .

I stayed at the marina building. There is some strong bad smell. You need to pay $4.95 per day if you want to use wireless. At the pool bar tip was included, I realized that later so I double tip them

Awesome pool but the walkway to the beach is closed

The staff is quite friendly and accommodating. But the hotel is usually booked full on weekends so beware I'd your plans change you might nit be able to extend your stay early

It’s a great location, tidy rooms nice vibe but the pool was closed and the walkway to the beach .

Another great reason to stay here: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many amenities here for guests. It’s fast and easy to connect.

If you are here, you either have spent too much on a hotel room, or too much to dock your boat here. Or you spent nothing and hanging out by the pool with those who spent too much money previously.

21 bucks to self park . No complimentary breakfast . But overall clean and the pool is great.

Rick at the front door is by far the friendliest and most helpful employee in the entire hotel ! Too bad there were not more like him it would have made for an even better stay!

Hotel is going through renovations. Guestrooms are really nice and affordable . Customer service was great during my stay.

Okay for the price, but you get what you pay for and nothing more. sparsely furnished room , and the bed is not up to Hilton standards. The lobby is nice, but the room is very run down. Disappointing

Be prepared to have a hold of 50/night held on your card for incidentals. The poolside bar has happy hour from 3-5. Also, if you book your room on a third-party discountsite, be careful.

You don't always get the free cookie on check-in. Ask for it.

Don't expect a tour on Sunday's....there is one lady doing it all and she was a frazzle dazzle! Not impressed with the hotel as a venue...location however is great

Just OK for an overnight. Scarcely furnished rooms without character. King bed , 2 chairs and a glass round table . No sofa , no desk..loose plugs, not a place where you spend time in your room. Noisy .

The place is clean , but the decor and furnishings are dated in appearance. I chose it because it was a Hilton property, I thought it would be nicer.

Count how many times they announce on the PA: "there has been a fire reported in the building"

Decent enough location, but in desperate need of a refresh. It was so rowdy when I stayed here, and fights got so bad that cops were called. Would never come back.

I shaved in cold water. Crap came out of the faucets I had a plastic lawn chair as my chair. Service was slow checking in. Parking is not good. Place is old and dingey. Very disappointed!!????

Pay the extra $4 for valet parking . Totally worth it!

Go on a snorkeling excursion and sail on a glass-bottom boat.

The hallways smell like sewage. my room was given away, card no longer worked, man in my room. Here w/ a team, front desk calls daily for a form of payment. We have a contract for dates, & payment.

Make sure you DON'T stay on the marina side...

You can borrow beach-towels at the pool.

Rooms are pretty tired, but they do have these new fangled square TVs with a tube...

Don't let the chef overcook the Conch Fritters or they will taste like rocks
