Playing country music in a New Orleans Restaurant is sad. Playing it on Mardi Gras Day is sacrilege!! ⚜ Sorry, this place is New Orleans In Name Only! The original Dodie's down the street is better.
Brunch is fantastic! my fav patio in dallas! Great drink specials $3 mimosas , basically champagne , $4 bloody mary's w/ and delicious spices. BBQ shrimp is great! attentive, friendly service .
Great for watching the LSU games. They have $5 Abita beer specials . Stay away from the grilled shrimp .
Love the food and the infinate amounts of booze ;) Sometimes great live music too.
If you order wine on the rooftop , it will come in a lowball glass. With water droplets all over it. And other peoples' lip prints .
The Gumbo is flavored perfectly
The boiled crawfish isn't bad, but if that's what you really want go to the original. Everything else is spot on.

I miss the gravy cheese fries but the cole slaw will knock ur socks off
Everything is good. Seriously. Crawfish étouffée though if I have to leave a recommendation.

Hurricanes are good. Smells a little like Hawaiian Tropic but they're strong.
Crawfish and shrimp nachos are the bomb. Hot but not too not.
