Amazing view , heated pool and tiki bar are great, but that gondola ride up is SCARY if you're afraid of heights. Hold on tight and stare at the floor. ;)
Stop at high camp for a mid day or late afternoon warmup in the hot tub . Decent beer at the pool bar (eg Deschutes Porter and Oskar Blues )
We love the Bistro. It's like a little hideout and still can peak outside.
Next time hike up and ride the tram back free! Only takes three hours to get up yo high camp.
