Even though this is not the most beautiful beach in California, it is the closest to my home and I love it. There is a lot to look at too: Queen Mary, Downtown, port , San Pedro. Safer than it seems

Awesome place to get some exercise or take the dog out. You can go down the bay side or you can walk down the beach side on the boardwalk. Pretty homes. Good photography site when the weather permits. - Allistair Merrill
