Try Don Pedro, food is SUPERB! Love the place, staff very helpful, food good, cocktails excellent. Try to explore the area, did Whale Shark trip, awesome! Also go to Akumal and rent a golf cart!

Excellent customer service and the food has been good. I have had much worse all inclusive holidays. Check out the Mikado had an excellent meal there

Get everything in unambiguous writing. Many people were sold beach front and then, when they arrived were shipped to the inland resort for golfers.

Consider bringing walkie-talkies. This complex is huge and it is difficult to find people if you have a large group.

As a suggestion for guests, DO NOT pay for internet access, it barely works for the premium service, I was met with constant reboots / toggling WiFi / the coverage in the resort is absolutely horrific

Plan ahead for your trip and email guest services. Felix set up dinners and lots of suprises for us.

Horrible customer service! Even in the low season it is impossible to get chairs by the pool. The pool store is cash only and won't even do room charges. Food is TERRIBLE!

Grandes instalaciones, gran trato de personal . Bufete variado, sin embargo muchas veces frío . Las piscinas y playa muy buenas.

Playa infinity lejos la mejor, incluso que la privilege, no hay mucha gente, siempre hay sombrillas desocupadas, la playa sin rocas ni piedras en el fondo del mar. También hay muchos peces de colores

La piscina o pileta es una de las mejores sin mucha gente y con tumbonas desocupadas

Ten cuidado con los vendedores de propiedades que están ubicados en el camino de entrada al comedor . Son insistentes y si les hablas te acosarán día tras día para darte una "charla" sobre el Resort .
