Ask for the Valencia, not on the menu but a classic on their food truck menu. Overall this is a great lighter ice cream alternative

This is the Valencia which was pretty good. If you’ve never had shaved ice make sure to get at least a few toppings or else it won’t have flavor.

Their shaved ice is so smooth and light! Be sure to add mochi on top for a little chewy goodness.

The line looks long on Sunday but moves fast. Black sesame is the weirdest sound but yummy.

If you cannot have ice cream , this is an excellent choice. Love the flavor and topping selections.
