The Church Brew Works

Be sure to stop by this re-purposed church for a delicious craft brew . The copper brewing tanks work their "miracles" on the altar you sit at the bar or in the pews and admire the stained glass .

What an interesting brew pub . The food was amazing and the beer great. You have to go here, you won't find this kind of atmosphere anywhere else.

Left side is all open seating otherwise a table will take forever to wait on...they brew right on site and the church is still Roman Catholic beautiful...a must for true beer lovers!

Get the Pittsburgh salad (with French fries ), Buffalo chicken & blue cheese (or ranch). Note: I generally do not like salads , however I highly approve of THIS salad . Fries are better than croutons !

Unique ambiance and a very large bar area. House beers are good and vary widely in style. Come for lunch when the prices are lower. I do miss the pizza oven.

Homemade pierogies are bleeding fantastic!! Gotta get the special of the day! Do the samplers as well !! Only $13 for eight, 5 oz pours! Can't beat that and the stouts are to DIE FOR!!

Unique concept and interior — and the outdoor terrace is a great option on a sunny day. The IPA is solid, as is the French Onion Soup .

Great beers . Shame their pizza wood oven caught fire recently and no pizza offerings were available

Great atmosphere! My food was really good too. I had my first pierogie , and it was better than expected. The quinoa salad was also tasty.

Everything is good! Get beer tasters , their house italian dressing , and DEFINITELY HANDS DOWN the bread pudding !!! Decent price for superb quality!

Awesome experience! The drink prices are very reasonable, and the food isn't bad either. Just go for the atmosphere if your not a huge beer drinker!

Be mindful that there are two menus available in the dining room, one if you sit on the left, the other if you sit on the right...and they have rather different selections!

Excellent! Try the spinach & smoked Gouda dip then the pierogi sauté with chicken . I'm sure you beer drinkers would enjoy the house brews , too!

The food was wonderful! Their mushroom soup was nearly a religious experience (yeah, I went there...) and the service was top notch.

It's highly rated for pizza , but they no longer serve it due to the pizza oven burning down at some point in the past. Perogies are delicious.

It is worth a visit because of the unusual location. A brewery inside an old church .. the beer is good. The food is not.

Stunning interior! Can be touristy but the beers are great and the staff are friendly

If you have young kids, don't expect crayons at the table. Caters to adults, but does provide kid-friendly food and drink!

The church itself is really pretty and a great concept. If only they spent more time making the beer taste good.

Good service , nice renovation. Pizza was really good. The black peppered pasta was delicious but the portion was very small and it was pricy .

The dining room & pub have different menus after 4pm so be sure to ask for both!!
